Paying attention to signs, lessons, being aware, mindfulness, being present in the moment, learning from others, paying attention to your gut – – in whichever way it speaks to you, we can learn lessons through every person, place, thing, or event we encounter. It can lead us in wonderful directions, or warn us of not so wonderful directions. Here’s to being open to what life has to teach us, and no regrets.
