Counselor’s Inspirational—Coping With Coronavirus Chaos

Since the start of this pandemic, our lives have unquestionably changed. We’ve been paralyzed by fear of the unknown—one of the top fears we tend to have. Throughout this time, myself and others have posted their own means of inspiration and connection through social media--in the hopes of helping us make it through what has proven to be a rough time for all of us in different ways.

My personal focus has been on getting blogs out there with ways to persevere.  It also is about posting as much as I can find on self-care, self-compassion/compassion for others (on how we all respond to times like this differently) and anything else I could find to help remind us to do our best to hold onto a healthy, positive mindset.

It surely didn’t mean there would not be difficult moments, or more than moments. But, the goal remains providing words that can lend to inspiration each day to help you make it through each day, one day at a time. Included have been posts about motivation to help us put things into perspective on what we can control, and what we can’t.

As we “inch” back towards our “normal”, we will again react in different ways.  Each of us will make our own individual choices. Hopefully some of these quotes presented here will help prompt you to move through this process, as it moves.
